Role Overview
The B2B Partnerships Lead will drive BigBaat’s commercial growth through strategic business partnerships with brands, agencies, SMEs, and enterprises. This role focuses on unlocking monetization opportunities and building a sustainable ecosystem for advertisers and partners.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, negotiate, and secure B2B partnerships across industries.

Develop commercial models and packages for enterprise clients.

Build long-term relationships with advertising agencies and brand partners.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.

Monitor market trends and adapt partnership strategies accordingly.

Own revenue targets tied to B2B partnerships.
Required Skills/Experience

6–8+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales (media/tech/advertising preferred).

Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.

Established network with brands and agencies in Pakistan/MENA.

Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Experience in social media/entertainment platforms.

Understanding of influencer marketing and creator economy.
