Role Overview

The B2B Partnerships Lead will drive BigBaat’s commercial growth through strategic business partnerships with brands, agencies, SMEs, and enterprises. This role focuses on unlocking monetization opportunities and building a sustainable ecosystem for advertisers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure B2B partnerships across industries.

  • Develop commercial models and packages for enterprise clients.

  • Build long-term relationships with advertising agencies and brand partners.

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.

  • Monitor market trends and adapt partnership strategies accordingly.

  • Own revenue targets tied to B2B partnerships.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 6–8+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales (media/tech/advertising preferred).

  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.

  • Established network with brands and agencies in Pakistan/MENA.

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in social media/entertainment platforms.

  • Understanding of influencer marketing and creator economy.
