Technical Support Analyst

A well organized technical support analyst to provide front line IT Support to all our Clients.
Primary functions will include:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn and establish complete in-depth knowledge of Walee Products w.r.t. Business value as well as Technical knowledge
  • Answer Customer queries and assist with whatever technical issues the client may be facing w.r.t. Walee platform
  • Identifying the nature of issue and providing solution and support to Client within the defined SLAs.
  • Consolidate the information around the product issue and escalate it to relevant stakeholders through an established process.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues relevant to Walee product usage and use effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Travel onsite to Clients location to provide Technical Support and help with onboarding process when required.
  • Providing technical and operational training to Clients
  • Logging and maintaining Support Logs
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
  • Setting up accounts for new staff and ensuring that they know how to use the platforms

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of operating systems, office software, enterprise software, and server systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 3-4 Year Experience, BSc. M.SC Computer Science
