Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Research and Development Manager with a strong foundation in communication, marketing, and public relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development, Marketing, or Corporate Communications with at least five (5) years of professional experience. This role involves conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and building strategic relationships to drive company growth.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) in Journalism, Mass Communication, Business Administration (BBA), Public Relations, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze competitors, customer preferences, and industry data to develop insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through networking, prospecting, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry professionals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote business opportunities.
  • Handle corporate communication strategies, including drafting reports, press releases, and presentations.
  • Assist in the creation and management of content for social media platforms and company websites.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently to prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Leverage CRM software and analytics tools to track and report on business development activities.
  • Knowledge of graphic arts will be considered a plus, especially for assisting in content design and promotional materials.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on public speaking and presentations.
  • Ability to produce high-quality content for reports, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Proven track record of building strong client and partner relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with managing social media marketing campaigns and website content.
  • Graphic Arts: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
