Role Overview
As a Creative Manager you will provide creative, technical guidance and put innovative ideas into action. Working closely with the design team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, visually appealing, and strategically aligned creative solutions. We are seeking an individual with a visionary mindset, a keen eye for design trends, and a passion for storytelling and brand communication.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand cultural insights, context and nuances, to be relevant to different sets of audiences through visuals and copy
- Prepare content to a quality standard ready for high-profile dissemination.
- Model high-quality service to clients and teams through every stage of the scoping, production, and review process, including coaching and reinforcing the use of best practices and established processes.
- Develop content strategies to execute digital content/campaigns and ensure adherence to the client’s branding and standards.
- Work alongside the design and animation team to see the ideas to execution with an adequate understanding of the design direction
- Executing 360 Degree Campaigns
- Building strong storyline for TVC productions
- Visualising productions through Creative Storyboards
- Fluent with Urdu and English copywriting and have enough grip to reflect the brand’s tonality across all digital communication
- Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in content creation, media research or market research, or a related field
- It would be preferable if you have experience working as an Operations manager for business development/customer success specialist.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer success tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to make Sales and Marketing Plans for Customers.
