Role Overview
As a Creator Partner you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with influencers and creators within multiple platforms. This role involves providing comprehensive support during campaigns, shoots, and other related activities, ensuring the seamless execution of creator campaigns and the overall success and well-being of our talents. You will be responsible for tailoring strategies to resonate with enthusiasts, maximising the impact of our campaigns within the sports community, and driving engagement and brand loyalty.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creator Identification & Outreach:
- Conduct thorough research to identify emerging and established talents suitable for collaborations.

- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with influencers and their teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the creators and brands, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Campaign & Shoot Management:
- Collaborate in crafting strategies that align with campaign objectives.
- Accompany and support creator/talents during shoots, ensuring they have what they need and acting as a bridge between the brand/production team and talent.
- Coordinate all aspects of sports content creation, including posting schedules and deliverables, to ensure timely and quality outputs.
- Negotiations & Contracts:
- Lead contract discussions, ensuring win-win situations.
- Ensure all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, managing any arising issues proactively.
- P&L Management:
- Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) for influencer partnerships and campaigns, ensuring high GMVs.
- Monitor campaign financial performance, optimising expenditures to maximise profitability and value.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, media) within Walee to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Facilitate the amplification of talent efforts through strategic internal collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Proficiency in P&L management and a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with various departments.
