Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve team goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with agency services and client needs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent the agency at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing services, digital solutions, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
