Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to join our product management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams by ensuring the product backlog is effectively managed and that requirements are clearly defined and prioritized.

As a business analyst, you will be responsible for leading the requirements gathering process, analyzing business needs, and defining product features. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other members of the product management team to ensure that requirements are understood and that the product backlog is effectively managed. This position will allow you to grow into higher roles within the product management team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile methodologies and practices, specifically Scrum, as well as a strong understanding of usbiness analysis techniques and tools. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Act as the primary point of contact for a product for business stakeholders.
  • Lead the requirements gathering process, ensuring all requirements are understood and documented.
  • Analyse business needs and define product features.
  • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and patterns that inform product development decisions.
  • Perform competitive analysis, develop and maintain documentation related to product research and analysis.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is effectively prioritised and maintained.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the development process.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a product owner and/or business analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience of handling business matters in a reputable organisation.
