Role Overview
Walee is looking for a talented Ad Ops Associate to join our team. As an Ad Ops Associate you will pre-plan Ad sales support, ongoing Ad management, Ad campaign trafficking, and optimisation of all advertisement campaigns on specific platforms. The Ad Ops Associate oversees the execution and the deployment of both direct and programmatic display campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad ops Associate implements and schedules advertisement campaigns for a range of clients across a wide variety of industries and digital media platforms.
- Traffic various ad products and technologies to client and department specifications
- Gather client design requirements and work with in-house designers/outside vendors to ensure all creative needs are met
- Manage the launch of new custom units to ensure the success of campaign and revenue goals
- Analyse ad campaign reports and provide recommendations
- Implement business reviews of campaigns and address preset metrics for success
- Work toward retaining a solid client base through expert customer service
- Influence with creativity and insight to translate cross-platform business challenges (audience measurement, view ability, interactivity, ) into executional tactics at scale
- Monitor and optimise campaign metrics for delivery and performance
- Assist in the day to day management of the Ad Ops
- Meet contractual requirements for advertising campaigns with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage the digital team’s calendar of events, team meetings and team projects.
Skills and requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in advertising ops, developing KPIs, dashboards and media analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of advertising technologies such as DFP, AdX, FreeWheel etc.
- Ability to use data and analytics to measure advertising performance
- A candidate should display a strong proclivity towards being highly organised
- The candidate should display an intimate and researched knowledge of the most recent news in digital media platforms and solutions.
