Role Overview
Walee is looking for a creative Content Ops Specialist with the skills, experience, and drive to help build our Creator Content function. You will be responsible for creating content and ideas that contribute to our clients’ Influencer Marketing campaigns in alignment of various verticals e.g. sports, entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, and news. The role will require independence, careful planning, creativity and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end content operations.
- Collaborate with creators to produce and schedule engaging content.
- Build relationships with influencers and talent in the industry.
- Conduct regular content audits and enforce guidelines.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide optimization insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for aligned content strategies.
- Comprehend client strategy and content requirements.
- Develop innovative strategies for creator social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Build and distribute creator and influencer-facing creative briefs, ensuring content meets stakeholder expectations.
- Suggest best practices for utilizing influencer content to drive performance.
- Write, edit, and proof influencer marketing content.
- Script and storyboard creation or editing for animations, white papers, creator creatives, newsletters, blogs, presentations, case studies, etc.
- Produce fresh insights using Walee’s Influencer tech-stack to generate creative and content ideas.
Skills and requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, influencer marketing agency, or similar environment.
- BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or PR, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of social media best practices, online marketing, and engagement techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, and presentation-oriented communication skills.
- Experience in influencer/talent/creator communication is a plus.
- Experience with regional, multi-market campaign work is a plus.
