Role Overview
Walee is looking for a Head of Sales, a role akin to positions that leads the Large Customer Sales (LCS) and Business & Enterprise Sales (BES) teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional value to clients. Individual driven to fuel business growth and deliver exceptional value to clients for Walee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with large-scale clients and enterprise-level clients, understanding their business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner, offering insights and solutions aligned with client needs.
- Develop and Make team execute comprehensive sales strategies for large customer accounts and enterprise accounts, ensuring revenue growth, surpassing sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with clients.
- Guide Team to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit for the team to focus on by collaborating with Product and Marketing for go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and challenges.
- Contribute client insights to shape product development and service enhancements.

*Note: The Head of Sales role oversees and directs the activities of both Large Customer Sales and Business & Enterprise Sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven 6-8 years experience in sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with account management practices similar to Google Account Manager or Facebook Client Partner roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to provide tailored solutions for large customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
