Role Overview
As a Senior Associate People Success, you will be a key driver in fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and achievement within Walee Technologies. Reporting to the VP People & Culture, you will be responsible for initiatives in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management to ensure the career success, performance coaching and managing learning needs of our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run TNAs for all employees across the group companies.
- Plan, develop & execute learning programs that empower employees to enhance their skills and capabilities in line with the business.
- Conduct needs assessments and design learning solutions to address identified gaps.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct effective talent reviews to progressively manage talent availability, succession planning.
- Manage talent repository for all employees in talent management software.
- Identify key talent and assist in talent development & retention strategy execution.
- Drive talent development initiatives to manage high-potential talent for leadership roles.
- Assist People & Culture department leadership team in identifying performance management & measurement challenges and lead performance improvement projects.
- Prepare and present regular reports on learning and development, talent management, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions into people’s success initiatives.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of hands on progressive experience preferably Learning & Development, with a focus on People Success, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
