Sr. Manager PR & Communications

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager PR & Communication to lead brand positioning, media relations and strategic communications across all verticals of Walee. This role will play a pivotal part in establishing Walee as a market-leading brand, while ensuring that each department’s unique value is strategically marketed under the unified Walee identity.

This person will own the communication and branding strategy, work closely with internal stakeholders, lead integrated campaigns, drive governance and brand standardisation across verticals and manage budgets to ensure consistent, powerful messaging across all platforms and departments.

• Position Walee as an industry leader through thought leadership and storytelling.

• Monitor media coverage, track performance, and report on communication KPIs.

• Collaborate with department leads to build tailored brand strategies for their offerings.

• Develop and implement Walee’s overall PR, communication, and branding strategy.

• Strategically manage marketing activities across all vertical departments.

• Build and maintain Walee’s public image through media relations, press, and thought leadership.

• Lead internal and external communication efforts, including crisis management.

• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

• Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment in communication practices across the organization.

• Implement brand standardisation across verticals to maintain a unified and recognizable Walee identity.

• 5–8+ years of experience in PR, communications, or brand strategy.

• Strong media network and proven track record in managing high-impact campaigns.

• Strong understanding of branding, media relations and marketing strategy.

• Experience managing multi-vertical communication and marketing initiatives.

• Excellent reflective communication skills.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute.

• Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or a related field.
